Looking to get qualified as an Assessor?

We deliver the Level 3 Assessor Certificate course (known as the CAVA) in a flexible, no-nonsense way. Our training is delivered by real people in real time, so you can interact with your trainer and ask questions.  This means training is more relevant and interesting, and can be adapted to your individual needs as you progress through the course. This level of personal support sets us apart from other providers.

If you’re ready to get started, we’ve just announced more dates for Open courses in major cities around the UK. The 1 day courses are in city centre locations and comprise small groups led by an ATDirect Tutor.

If our dates don’t suit you, we offer an online route to qualification delivered via a series of one-on-one video calls scheduled around your diary commitments. In-house training is also available to companies with groups of trainees.

Our courses lead to the achievement of the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, the nationally-recognised qualification for Assessors working in all occupations.
