ATDirect started life back in 2009 as Assessor Training Direct. We have always been specialist training providers for the Level 3 Trainer and Assessor qualifications, and the Level 4 IQA (formerly IV) qualifications.
We have made it our business to deliver training with a no-nonsense approach and in a way that suits our clients, to get people qualified and productive in role as quickly as possible. We deliver all over the UK and overseas – wherever these UK-accredited qualifications are recognised and needed.
OUR COURSES
We deliver Assessor, IQA and Trainer courses for organisations, groups and individuals and can either travel to you at a time and place to suit or you can study online. We are always flexible and will find a delivery option that suits your own circumstances and, for companies, fits in with the work commitments of staff so they can remain productive.
Our trainers are experienced professionals skilled in delivering our courses in an interesting, enjoyable and relevant way – to date we have trained over 3000 Assessors and 850 IQAs across a range of occupations, and have a wealth of best practice to draw on. All trainees receive personal support and guidance from registration through to certification to make sure the process is as smooth as possible. Where getting qualified is a priority, the process can be very fast with certification possible in about 3 weeks.

CONSULTANCY FOR APPROVED CENTRES & COMPETENCY SCHEMES
ATDirect also has extensive experience supporting clients to set up Approved Assessment Centres, and are able to provide interim IQA services where sector assessment strategy permits. We are also able to provide support and advice setting up competency schemes and vocational qualifications, and consultancy and support to set up in-house training and assessment programmes designed to raise and maintain standards.
