Peter has a background linked to agriculture, the countryside and the environment.  An accomplished communicator and presenter, he has held executive and non executive positions at a national level within the agricultural industry and used that experience to build a successful consultancy business of which assessment and training are key elements.  Outside of work Peter is married with 3 children, makes cider, enjoys growing vegetables and undertakes occasional after-dinner speaking engagements.
