Since ATDirect started in 2008, Kevin has built up the business, and has delivered training programmes in the UK and Middle East, and consultancy support setting up organisations’ assessment Centres and competency schemes.  Kevin had former careers in the Merchant Navy (Deck Officer Cadet through to Chief Officer), followed by a second career in the Royal Air Force as an Air Defence Navigator on Phantom F-4Js and Tornado F3s, before completing the RAF Aerosystems course and a final tour in the RAF managing a key part of the flight test programme on Eurofighter Typhoon.  Leisure passions include sailing, hill walking and photography (ground and aerial/drone).
