“I found the 1 day course very interesting.  Sometimes you think you know a thing or two about training, but then suddenly you realise and appreciate how you fit as an individual in the bigger scheme of things.  Seeing the wider picture and structure of the whole process, gives you a better understanding, and the insight to be able to apply yourself in training/assessment and above all strive to be a professional in your subject area, never accepting that there isn’t room for improvement because there always is.  Really felt like I got something out of it.”
