Our Credentials
Delivering Training
The ATDirect team have been delivering the Assessor, Quality Assurance and Trainer qualifications since 2009, and are a nationally-recognised Approved Assessment Centre (with NCFE). We have delivered these qualifications to training and assessment staff of companies big and small, and to individuals looking to develop themselves professionally. We recognise different learning styles and the differing needs for these qualifications, and adapt our approach accordingly for individuals and companies.
Consultancy for New Centres, Qualifications, and Competency Schemes
ATDirect has also helped organisations and individuals to open their own Approved Assessment Centres. We offer consultancy support for this, as well as consultancy for developing vocational training programmes and competency schemes, and writing new vocational qualifications where existing qualifications don’t exist, or are not fit for purpose.
An Approved Assessment Centre
ATDirect are a NCFE Approved Centre (No. 8466985). We have been through a rigorous approval process to ensure we meet the criteria required by both Awarding Organisations and the Government’s regulatory qualifications body, OfQual. Those criteria include having skilled and competent staff, sufficient resources, policies covering complaints and appeals, equality and diversity, and health and safety, etc. We are also monitored regularly to ensure we continue to meet the criteria on an on-going basis.
Our Trainers
Our trainers come from a variety of backgrounds, drawing on senior-level careers in the military, police and business. They are highly skilled professionals who deliver training in a relevant and enjoyable way and in a manner appropriate to different organisations and individuals.
